Roosevelt's Story
Having served 26 years in the Navy, rose to the rate of Chief Petty Officer. Sailed around the world three times. Visited all the places one could only dream about. I've seen the good and bad of the world. Most of all, I enjoyed the warmth of the people where I visited. I try to share those warm hearted memories with my family and friends.
I now serve as an advacate for Veterans...Expand for more
and their families.
When I come home here in N.C., with my classmates I remember the talk of going to Wash, D.C., my real Home town.. smile.. I saw only fun with the class even when things weren't so well.
We all had a choice to make. I am trusting some of us, choose to serve our communities to the best of our up bringings.
